New Gen Cloud Forecourt Controller

Here’s What Cloudics Brings to Forecourttech ’26

If you’ve met Cloudics at Forecourttech before, you probably already know the bigger idea behind our platform: connecting forecourt operations, payments and digital services in one cloud-based ecosystem.

So this year, we’ll skip the introductions. Instead, let’s talk about what’s new.

Over the past year, we’ve been building some significant new pieces into the Cloudics ecosystem. Our focus has been on giving forecourt operators more flexibility and more control, while keeping the technology behind it as simple as possible. From what happens at the pump to what happens at the check-out and behind the scenes.

Here are four things we’re bringing to the conversation at Forecourttech 2026.

1. A new generation of forecourt control

One of our biggest developments is the New Gen Forecourt Controller.

Our new and improved Forecourt Cloud Controller takes forecourt control into the cloud, while keeping an important piece of the traditional setup: the ability to keep operating in case of connectivity issues.

The controller is cloud-based with built-in offline capabilities, helping essential forecourt operations continue even if the internet connection is temporarily unavailable.

It connects with pumps from leading fuel dispenser manufacturers and is designed to work across different station configurations. Through Cloudics, the same setup can also connect pumps with services such as wetstock management, LED price displays and mobile payments.

There is another important change behind the scenes. Because the controller is built on cloud-native architecture, integrations with external systems and partners can be implemented faster, making new deployments significantly less complex.

2. Fuel POS is here

Another major addition to the Cloudics portfolio is our new Fuel POS.

We didn’t want to build a POS that expects every retailer to operate in exactly the same way.

Fuel POS is designed around different station processes and workflows, combining fuel sales and convenience retail in a single platform. It supports both pre-payment and post-payment fuelling, as well as mixed and split payment options.

For station staff, the goal is a fast and intuitive everyday working environment. For the business, the important part is flexibility.

Because whether you operate one format in one market or different station concepts across several markets, the technology should adapt to the operation, not force the operation to adapt to the technology.

Fuel Transactions

Start a fuel transaction or add an existing transaction to the cart

Real-Time Fuelling

Monitor the fueling process live and see the liters dispensed and total cost update in real time, just like on the pump display

Prepayment or
Free Flow

Capable of supporting both prepayment and free flow option

VOLUME OR AMOUNT

Possibility to toggle between volume and amount-based transactions.

3. A Smarter, More Convenient Back-Office

Cloudics Back-Office has been upgraded to make managing everyday fuelling operations faster and give operators an even clearer view across their station network.

The improved dashboard brings key information together in one place, with fuel sales by payment method, product and location, station performance comparisons and an overview of the best-performing pumps. Enhanced reporting makes it easier to dig deeper into the data and turn it into useful insights for day-to-day decisions.

Managing fuel prices across the station network is more straightforward too. Operators can update prices for an individual station or apply changes across multiple locations at once, helping maintain consistency and react quickly when needed.

There’s also more visibility into what’s happening right now. Real-time transaction logs make it easier to investigate individual transactions, while warnings and alerts help teams quickly spot issues that need attention.

With wetstock management integrated into the same environment, operators can monitor fuel levels and tank status across their network and use real-time stock information to plan replenishment.

4. We’ve been rethinking payments, too

The fourth piece is Flow & Pay, our always-online payment solution.

Payments have always been part of the forecourt. What’s changing is how closely they can be connected with everything else happening there.

Flow & Pay is built to provide reliable, seamless transactions across energy retail, while connecting payments with the wider Cloudics platform.

Together with Fuel POS and the new Forecourt Controller, it means we can now connect much more of the journey from pump to payment to POS to back-office within the same ecosystem.

Flow & Pay standalone

Cloudics Flow & Pay can be connected to the eOPT that is available in Lite and Pro models, or a custom-built hardware setup tailored to your project.

The new products make the bigger picture more complete

Individually, the New Gen Forecourt Controller, Fuel POS, Back-Office and Flow & Pay are substantial systems.

Together, they move us closer to what we have been working towards from the beginning: one connected platform for running modern energy retail operations.

Cloudics already connects fuel, EV charging, convenience and a growing range of station technologies. The newer additions and improvements bring the core forecourt and retail operation even deeper into that ecosystem.

A station can connect its dispensers through the Forecourt Controller. Fuel transactions can move through Fuel POS. Payments can be handled through Flow & Pay. Products, pricing, transactions and operations can be managed centrally through one Back-Office.

And around those core functions, operators can connect other Cloudics solutions, from EV charging and wetstock management to fleet services, gamification, parking and more.

We’ll show you at Forecourttech ’26

We could keep explaining the new developments here, but some things are much better seen in action.

So if you already know Cloudics, come and see what’s new.

And if you haven’t talked to us yet, we are happy to introduce our platform.

See you there!
