1. Activating the account

1.1 Download the Cloudics application (Android, iOS) and and register as a new user.

1.2 Activate the user through the link you receive via email.

1.3. Open your browser and log into the Cloudics platform: Cloudwatcher | Log in

2. Adding charger(s) and setting up payment methods

2.1. After the first login, you will be prompted to add your charger(s).

2.2. Once the charger(s) have been added, you will be able to see them on your Cloudics web platform.

2.3. If you cannot see your new charger(s) in the application:

  • Try relaunching the app or logging out of your account.
  • Wait for up to 24 hours for the app to refresh its locations’ data.

2.4 To add an RFID card to your account, locate the “Cards” subsection on the Cloudics web platform, select “Add RFID Card”, and follow the instructions on the screen. It’s possible to add physical RFID cards or create virtual ones. Virtual cards are only available as in-app payments and can only be used to activate charging sessions.

3. Sharing charger access with additional user profiles (optional)

3.1. To share charger access, you must send the selected user(s) an invite via the Cloudics web platform. Inviting additional users will grant them equal access to your Cloudics web platform and make your charger(s) visible in their app. They can also start and stop charging sessions.

3.2 All invited users are required to have an existing Cloudics user account or create one through the application.

3.3. To send an invite, locate the “Customers” subsection and select “List”. From there, click on “Invite user”, and enter the e-mail address they used when registering their account.

3.4. Add a RFID card to the invited user to begin charging.
